Lynn was scheduled to perform at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Okla. in May. Her manager writes, “Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Loretta Lynn date, scheduled May 17, 2018, in Tulsa has been canceled. Refunds are available at point of purchase."
The reason for the cancellation is not clear. Lynn did fall and break her hip in a fall at her Tennessee home earlier this month, which suggests she may still be recovering from that accident. Lynn's daughter, Patsy, noted the fall may have been a result of her mother playing with a new puppy.
Last year, after a stroke in May, the country legend cleared her calendar and pushed back an album slated for last August to 2018.
