Gretchen Wilson's misdemeanor breach of peace charge from her arrest in a Connecticut airport on Aug. 21 has been dismissed. An Enfield Superior Court clerk cleared Wilson of the charge on Thursday.
Wilson agreed to donate $500 to a charity for injured crime victims in exchange for the breach of peace charge being dropped. The outlet also reports that Wilson must stay out of trouble in the court's jurisdiction area for 13 months.
Wilson was allegedly involved in a "minor disturbance" on a flight landing at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn., on Aug. 21. The in-flight disturbance was allegedly a fight between Wilson and another passenger over the airplane's first-class bathroom that escalated into a physical altercation and, throughout the flight, "threatening hand gestures."
